Terms of use for the Shift4You application.

Effective date

1. General Terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the use of Shift4You (“App”), developed by Ömer Elmas (“Developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Shift4You is a calendar-based planning app for shift workers. The App is offered free of charge and is ad-supported. The App is provided “as-is”.

3. Usage Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You must have an Apple device with a compatible iOS version.
  • You may not use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App’s design, code, graphics and content belong to the Developer. Under these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable license to use the App.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The Developer is not responsible for ad content. Ad preferences can be managed from your device settings.

6. iCloud Synchronization

iCloud sync is an optional feature. The Developer cannot be held responsible for Apple iCloud service interruptions, data loss or sync issues. Regular data backups are recommended.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” and “as available”. The Developer:

  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of shift calculations.
  • Does not guarantee that holiday data is complete or up-to-date.
  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

It is recommended that you do not rely solely on this App for shift planning and verify your schedule with your official work calendar.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
